Yes, DALENS FURNITURES provides white-glove international shipping. Each piece is crated in museum-grade packaging to ensure the safety of the hardwood during transit across the Swahili coast or overseas.

Our standard creation cycle is 8-12 weeks. This includes wood seasoning, handcrafted assembly, and multi-stage finishing in our Mpeketoni facility.

All our timber is sustainably sourced from regulated Kenyan forestry. We primarily use Mahogany, Teak, and Mango wood that has been air-dried for at least 24 months to prevent warping in humid coastal environments.

Strictly speaking, we only work with wood that we have personally vetted for structural integrity and sustainability. If you have a specific species in mind, our lead designer will conduct a suitability audit.
